Delivery Places and Time : We currently ship to thousands of locations across India and the world. We normally ship your order at the earliest. Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address. To some cities/towns it can take up to 7 days from the time of pick up to deliver a consignment. Some international destinations may require around 15 days for the consignment to be delivered
For a consignment not delivered at the consignee address, a message slip will be left. The consignment will be held at the local courier’s office. The consignee can collect it from the local office within 7 days of the receipt of the message slip. There is no pick up or delivery of your order by our courier services on Sunday and Holidays.
International Shipping : We ship worldwide via Speed Post of India Post International or other international carrier. Delivery times from the date of shipment average between 7-10 days for most countries. For countries outside of Europe/USA, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We offer free India Post International Airmail Service for all orders. We value our customers and this is the way we can express our gratitude. Product fees include handling, packing as well as shipping costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. As you can understand, we are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due the Customs Department of your country. In case the package is withheld by the department no refund will be made. Our responsibility ends with shipping the product and providing you with the shipping information. Custom department of your country may sometimes hold back the parcel for inspection. At times they may ask for some duty. In such a case, the parcel is forwarded to the local post office. You can pay the duty and collect the parcel.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy: Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy only accepts such returns that are unused and undamaged. Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging. Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy does not offer any exchange on items.
The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
- The specific product/model is out of Stock.
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
- On customers request
- The shipping address is not serviceable.
Conditions: Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy accepts returned products only if they are either defective or reach the buyer in a damaged condition.
Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.
The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by us.
Need to attach a note along with the product returned for refund. The note should clearly state your name and address, contact number, and order number. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.
Please furnish proper shipment address, area pin code and contact number precisely. If the address or pin code or contact number are incorrect and if the shipment is returned undelivered the customer has to pay shipment charges again to ship the same product to corrected address. If customer demands a refund the refund will be done less 2 way shipping charges.
The return courier awb/tracking number not intimated to Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy customer support team is not eligible for refund
The order returned must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.

The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange.
Ensure to collect the return address from Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy customer care.
Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address. Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services. Ensure that the awb / tracking number is shared with Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy customer care. The order shall be considered for refund only if the product is undamaged, unopened, seal intact and returned within 7 days of delivery for Indian shipment and 15 days of delivery for overseas shipment.
Caution: Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to courier.
Exclusion: A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met.
- The product is completely broken and unusable.
- The product is returned beyond the required return date or you have not informed us about the concern during the warranty period.
- The order returned does not accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order.
- Any other product which Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy deems fit from time to time.
Please Note: On cancellation of an order, you are entitled to receive refund based on pay mode table mentioned in refund timelines less the shipping charges.

International Customers: Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible. There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refunded happily except shipping and handling levies which are minimum $25.00 (for all countries) for small packages.

The return procedure is as follows: Within 14 days of the shipment of the goods, the customer is to notify Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy via email at firstname.lastname@example.org about the reason of the return. Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy at its sole discretion assesses the claim and, within 3 days, sends a confirmation email to the customer as the case may be. Subsequently, the customer shall send the items back to Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy within 7 days from the receipt of the confirmation.
Shipment costs are borne by the customer unless the goods have been received by the customer in a condition which is not saleable.
Returns are only accepted for store credit. Any returns that do not adhere to our quality control check will not be accepted. Any items damaged, soiled or tampered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
Offer and Schemes / Voucher Redemption: Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete to the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes. Siddha Nagarjuna Ayurveda Pharmacy at any time at its sole discretion may withdraw a particular scheme from the Website/market. Survival of Terms after Agreement Ends: Notwithstanding any other provisions of these T&C, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of these T&C that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of these T&C.
